Business Analyst (Healthcare)
Urgently in need of Business Systems Analyst having experience in the healthcare industry.
Key skills required:
- In-depth understanding of Claims processes systems, including data exchange processes and protocols related to CMS, EDI transaction, 837.
- In-depth understanding of health insurance business processes including marketing, finance, authorization, credentialing, adjudication, and authorization.
- Must have experience with Medicare Advantage, HMO, etc.
Provide regular status updates to management, prepare meeting documentation, work with users, vendor and internal development teams to deploy and support claims application. Must stay up to date on issue status and current work efforts.
Experience using MS-Visio and Rational tools is good to have.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), good conflict resolution skills along with excellent interpersonal skills is necessary.
Experience working with C-level executives and end-user community is good to have.
