Help Desk Support (Healthcare)
In need of a Call Center Representative to support new software implementation. Primary responsibility is to receive inbound calls from both internal employees and external users.
Candidate will triage, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve basic issues and escalate as needed. General software troubleshooting and testing skills will be required. Service industry knowledge to include medical claims software and call center experience is a must.
Basic computer troubleshooting skills to include some internet issues is also required.
Call Center Representaive will respond to incoming calls in a prompt, pleasant and professional manner.
